1. Lawful use
Do not use AVRE services to violate applicable law, infringe rights, commit fraud, distribute malware or facilitate prohibited transactions. Users remain responsible for activity performed through their accounts and for ensuring their use of software and subscriber services is lawful where they live.
2. Account and security abuse
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, subscription entitlements, license controls, rate limits or security restrictions. Do not probe private infrastructure, scrape restricted APIs or access another user's data without authorisation. Security research requires prior written permission where applicable.
3. Content abuse
Do not scrape or redistribute AVRE Originals content, impersonate performers, publish private subscriber messages or use AVRE services to distribute prohibited sexual material. Do not use generated Companion content to falsely represent a real performer as having said or done something.
4. Messaging abuse
Spam, threats, harassment, coercion, fraud attempts and requests for prohibited payment credentials are not allowed. Repeated abusive messaging can lead to restrictions even when the sender has an active paid subscription.
5. Enforcement
AVRE may restrict activity, suspend accounts, preserve relevant logs and cooperate with processors, service providers or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the service. Enforcement decisions should be proportionate to the risk and documented where appropriate.
