1. Scope
This policy explains the public AVRE Labs website, future My AVRE accounts, AVRE Originals subscriber data and the intended separation from private AVRE Companion data.
2. Local Companion data
AVRE Companion is designed so private conversations, preferences and private generated media can remain on the user's device by default. A website account should not need a copy of private Companion conversation history merely to manage a license.
3. Website and account data
The website may process server/security logs and information you submit to support. Future accounts will process identifiers, authentication data, licenses, downloads, subscription status and billing records needed to provide the service.
4. Payments
Payment-card information will be handled by the selected payment processor rather than intentionally stored as raw card data on AVRE Labs servers. The final processor and its privacy disclosures will be added before checkout opens.
5. AVRE Originals
Subscriber activity may include account status, access entitlements, saved posts, messaging records and support/compliance records necessary to operate the service.
6. Retention and security
Data should be retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling and security. Production retention periods will be documented before paid launch.
