AVRE Originals and adult Companion features are intended only for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction.

2. Consent and records

AVRE Originals is intended to contain only in-house content for which the operator maintains appropriate age/identity verification and written consent/model-release records for depicted performers.

3. No creator marketplace

AVRE Originals is not planned as an open creator platform. External users do not upload adult content for sale.

4. Fictional vs real

AVRE Companion is fictional AI. Real AVRE Originals models must not be represented as the AI Companion or as secretly communicating through the Companion.

5. Prohibited material

Illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, minor or ambiguous-age sexual content is prohibited. AVRE maintains a public complaint and content-removal path.

6. Adult-mode controls

Adult features in the fictional Companion are designed to be opt-in and separately configurable from ordinary relationship stage and identity settings.

Pre-launch note: payment checkout remains disabled. Processor-specific wording and any legally required operator details that cannot be invented will be finalized before paid launch.
