1. Seller and product identification

The checkout must identify AVRE Labs, the exact product or membership, price, currency and whether the charge is one-time or recurring. The legal merchant identity and business address will be inserted before live checkout.

2. One-time software purchases

AVRE Companion and AVRE Studio modules are intended to use one-time software pricing when offered. The checkout will state which version/module is purchased, system requirements, included license scope and any activation/internet requirements. Future major upgrades can be separately priced and are not automatically included unless the product page says so.

3. Recurring Originals subscription

AVRE Originals is planned as a recurring membership. Before payment, the page will show the initial charge, recurring amount, billing interval, currency, any trial/introductory terms, the normal renewal amount and how to cancel future rebilling. The subscription continues according to the displayed terms until cancelled.

4. Included membership access

The active Originals membership includes the posts, photo/video content and messaging access assigned to that membership. No PPV unlock layer is planned for launch. AVRE may add new posts and remove/replace content as the catalogue changes, subject to applicable law and the stated subscription terms.

5. Payment processing

CCBill is the planned processor. Customers will complete payment using the processor's approved payment form. AVRE does not need to collect raw card numbers in its own site form. Transaction approval creates the relevant entitlement after the approved payment status is verified.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Customers will receive a clear cancellation path for recurring subscriptions. Cancellation stops future rebilling according to the processor/subscription rules; it does not retroactively erase valid charges already incurred. Exact post-cancellation access timing will be displayed in the final live terms.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility differs between software and recurring digital access and must follow applicable law and processor rules. Customers should review the Refund Policy linked at checkout. A cancellation request is not automatically the same as a refund request.

8. Billing descriptor and support

The final billing descriptor will be shown before payment so customers can recognise the charge on their statement. Customer-service contact information will also be visible on the site and, where configured, in the CCBill payment flow.

9. Failed/declined payments

A declined payment does not create a paid entitlement. The site may offer a retry or support path without exposing sensitive processor details. AVRE will not ask customers to send full card numbers, CVV or other prohibited payment credentials through support.

10. Chargebacks and disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact support about billing errors or access problems before initiating a dispute so AVRE and the processor can investigate. This does not remove any legal or card-network rights available to the customer.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. The final commercial version will be reviewed against the merchant entity's jurisdiction and markets before paid launch.

Launch item: AVRE Labs will insert the exact legal operator name, registered/business address, final prices, billing descriptor and processor-specific information before paid checkout is activated. Those facts are intentionally not invented in this build.
